Parental Involvement

House of Hope has seen, time and time again, that having parents be involved with their youth in the healing process is of infinite value. It is important for the young adult to see that their parents are in the process of healing with them, and that their parents are committed to investing time into their relationship. It is the desire of House of Hope to have parents participate in the partnership to seek healing through Jesus Christ.

Parental involvement includes participation in visitations, prayer counseling, and parenting group at House of Hope. This level of parental involvement gives the youth the best opportunity for success after completion of the program. As the family grows together, the appropriate changes will be made in the home in order to give the young adult a fresh start.
