Use the information below to Log In to Your Control Panel and get Your Item Total. Then click on the Donate Button below to pay for your auction items. You may add an additional donation to the total dollar amount, if desired.

How to See Items You Have Won

Click on "My Control Panel"
This is located near the top of your screen. It is just under the House of Hope Logo inside the blue/gray bar.

Click on the "Buying" Tab
|
|
|
Click on "Auctions You Won"
|
|
Some items must be picked up,
others will be drop shipped.
Pick-up or Shipping details are located in each item's description. You can see the description for any closed item by clicking on it in your "Auctions You Won" list or on the Auction link in your Winning Email.
To ensure expedited shipping of your drop-shipped items, please pay online within 3 days using a Credit Card or PayPal by using the Donate Button below.
You will need to know the total amount owed for your items before beginning the transaction.
If picking items up, please bring your USERNAME and PASSWORD with you!!!

How to Redeem Items
Payment for Items may be made using a Mastercard or Visa or by personal check.
All items are redeemed after the auction closes on Nov. 27th.
Items specified as drop-shipped items will be shipped after payment is received. Payment may be made online. You will receive details in your Winning Bidder email after the auction closes.
Other items may be redeemed in person at House of Hope Monday-Friday beginning Nov. 29th between 10 am and 4 pm, or call (231) 946-5350 to make arrangements.
